Staff is the sweetest. Seems to be family owned, feels like family after coming so often… but the smoothies are boooomb. The freshest and quality smoothies I’ve ever had. The recipes have me confident in trying new mixes that I would never try on the regular!!
Normally this place is staffed well and customer service is great but Today was the complete opposite. The young lady with the grey and purple hair was laid out in the chair in the corner, on the phone. She says hello and stayed in the chair. I'm.standing at the counter for a sec assuming maybe someone else would be coming from the back to take the orders. I eventually turn around to ask her who was taking orders and she gets up goes to the back for a sec. She comes back out and takes my order and begins making it . While preparing it, she begins to constantly pull her hair back out of her face, sniffling and wiping her nose with her hand. After doing all of that, she doesn't wash her hands. She digs in each fruit bucket with her hands and makes the smoothie . Completely unsanitary and I'm NOT trying to be sick. Just a total waste....At this point, I just wanted a refund but I didn't try to get it because after watching her deal with the register and running to the back, I couldn't even get an electronic receipt. She said the server was down. So, I know she wouldn't be able to produce a refund. I'd rather speak with management at another time.
The real deal Juice served here. I purchased the Turmeric Tonic Juice for me and my brother. It tastes amazingly good. You can taste the natural organic flavors in each sip. I also bought the Detox Juice. I will update you when I drink it. I am heading there today to get a variety of juices for the week.
Avoid this place at all costs. What a joke. I walked in to a Girl with white hair texting. She didn’t greet me and continued to text for another 2 minutes while i stood there at the counter waiting for her take my order. I finally said “I’m ready when you are”. She then asked what I wanted and I gave her my juice order… she said “we’re only doing smoothies”. A juice bar only doing smoothies… cool.
I was in town for business and wanted something fresh. I was so pleasantly surprised when I found this place. The juices and aunties were amazing and the customer service was even better. I had been to three other small businesses and was unhappy until I came here. Ms. Shay was such a pleasure and I will absolutely be back before I leave town. I 100% recommend that you go in and get some good food, drinks, and a dose of excellent customer service! In fact I hope to see you there ????
