Great place! I went here the first time on Friday after work and they made me laugh and enjoy my evening. As a side note, I was hungry and was very happy to eat their chicken fingers. They are nice freshly cooked. I you think togo or not to go. Just go see for yourself.

The show was absolutely amazing but I will never come to this place again and i recommend you dont either. I have worked as a server before and if i had provided service as bad as our service was, i would have been fired. it took OVER AN HOUR to be served. i spent the first 45 minutes of the show turned around looking for our waiter (who was rarely around) or making eye contact with him and trying to politely get his attention so we could order. during this time. every other table ordered and both tables he was also serving had gotten second drinks and extra plates of food. It was at least an hour and a half (after being acknowledged multiple times and not receiving service) for him to come to our table. he did not bring any waters or silverware (seemed like everyone else had this). this was one of the two times he came to check on us the entire time. we finally ordered, and it took at least another 15 minutes to get the drinks we ordered, and 30 to get food. at which point, he brought ONE roll of silverware (we were two people, both ordered our own meal) and told us he would return with a second fork. my friend was kind enough to let have the fork, both of us assuming she would get the chance to eat soon. he never returned. my friends only option besides eating with her hands was to use my fork when i finished. i also want to mention that in the hour i was trying to both enjoy the show and get his attention, i saw him repeatedly disappear in the back after telling the tables behind us that he would return with an item, and never return or not get it for 10/15 min. the show ended and we never received a check or saw our waiter again. my friend had to track down a manager, only to find we were charged $30 more than we should have been. it took over half an hour for management to speak to us and fix our check. no one ever apologized for the terrible service, for the headache of having to stay longer than the performers or any customer and they refused to comp my friends meal which was cold and eaten using a dirty fork. whats worse is that we were not the only table that had issues. every table in our section had similar issues with being charged incorrectly. management fixed the issue with the overcharged bill but did nothing to make up for the horrible service we experienced. save yourself the headache and do not go here.

Went to see a fantastic comedian tonight. This venue had uncomfortable miniature tables. The 4 top was better suited for 2. The food took an hour to come out and it was stale and the hot meal was cold. The staff was super nice but I will probably never go back based on the lack of comfort and food issues. Hopefully Jamie Lissow will perform at someplace like the punchline next time.

Check your bill - they added like $10 to my bill and tried to slide it past me. When it’s time to pay they **really** quickly show you the itemized charges then swipe over to the tip section before you can read it all. Basically hoping you’ll scramble and pay before you realize they up-charged you. After that the server avoided our table.

I paid for to watch a comedy show at this location. I find out that I’m ether to make two purchases min or pay a $15 fine to be there for something I already paid for. Will not return. Onion rings were $7.99. Water was $4.00. My bill was $17.38. That’s almost a 50% up charge.
