I can’t say enough amazing things about BLUE and Kevin. I had their new Sylfirm treatment for skin, tightening, fine lines, and pigment. The facility is gorgeous, calm, smells amazing, peaceful music, and comfortable. Kevin made sure to give me plenty of time to numb so that the procedure was as painless as possible. He was so sweet and calming and made sure I was comfortable and my chair was just right. Throughout the procedure, every new area he would give me a “test treatment” to make sure the level was tolerable and that numbing cream was working. You could tell he truly cared not only about my outcome, but how I felt during the treatment. Then after, he fully prepared me for my home care and what to expect. It was such a great experience, I can’t wait to go back for my 2nd and 3rd treatment and see my final result!!!
I had a consultation here and because of a blood thinner that I take this business deemed me not eligible for a treatment. I have contacted them numerous times now about other treatments and have been promised 4 times now that they would reach out to me. No one has made an attempt to contact me in the last 2 months. Is this the way to run a business?? I’ll be looking for another provider that is more accessible!
Brought in my 44th birthday with a visit for the first time and had a great experience. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is bright and peaceful. I appreciated Dr Ferrinas consultation.. She heard my areas of concern and took great care of me. A few days later and my crows feet are non existent! I look forward to returning soon.
