I didn't think I could get a new rook because of my insurance but when my neighbor mentioned that Jesse at JP Roofing got his approved with the same insurance I tried & it got approved. JP roofing was very thorough with the communication of getting everything taken cared of. Finish my roof in a day & it looks great. JP Roofing did an amazing job on our roof. From start to finish the process was smooth. Everything was seamless. Worked well with the adjuster. The team came out around 7am one morning and handled everything that day. Made sure all nails and scraps were removed once the job was completed and the roof looks phenomenal. Would definitely recommend. David is the guy who guided me through thr whole process.
I had a ceiling leak and Jesse responded promptly and came out for an inspection right away. He took pictures of the areas that needed work and provided options on repair and maintenance areas. Another repair company rep came out and did not even go on the roof for their quote but Jesse did and explained everything thoroughly with a written quote and pictures attached. He provided updates on his progress without me asking for them - I was pleasantly surprised since I'm usually chasing folks for updates on work like this. He provided finished photos and his work looked amazing. All the stars for fantastic customer service and a job well done. I would definitely call again in the future. Thank you Jesse & team!!!
