We hired Castle Roofing to repair/replace the siding and trim on our 22 year old home. Over all, the experience was so good we hired them twice! The communication was VERY good and I really liked how responsive they were. The quality of the estimation was good, though after reviewing the work done, we thought the crew could have recommended a few more fixes. Please understand, these were not areas that were in desperate need of repair. But they were areas that I might have asked them to fix had I noticed them earlier. I had pointed out the really bad places that I knew about and they did point out a few extra places, but I think they missed a chance to go even further. Again, they didn't do anything wrong, but they could have recommended a little more. The quality of the work itself was excellent. All the repairs and paint matching were very good and we are quite happy with the results! There is one thing I think the crew could have done better: Clean-up. It's normal in any job to have nails, chunks of wood, and other trash hit the ground. It's also normal to have paint and sealant smudges on nearby surfaces. They did clean up some but didn't quite get it all. In the end, Castle Roofing provides excellent work. 2 days of work including all materials was ~$7500. Money well spent. In my earlier review, I said we would hire Castle Roofing again and we just did! After reading my review, Castle contacted me and asked if they could come and handle the clean-up they missed. No charge. I said "sure!" While the crew was here, I asked them to look at those other places I noticed. They gave me a fair estimate and I hired them to do that work too. Castle Roofing is a great company and they respond well to fair criticism. I will use them again for sure!
I recently hired Castle to perform roof repairs on my home. I let them know I needed the repairs ASAP. Castle got a technician out the same day I called for an estimate and they scheduled the work for 5 days later. This sort of turnaround is unheard of! Not only did they address my repair, they also performed extra minor maintenance at no additional charge - replaced 4 shingles and tightened down some air ducts on my roof. The before and after pics are below. As you’ll see they do an immaculate job. The price point on my repair project was very competitive, and well worth it for the excellent service they provide. I hope I don’t need to perform roof repairs anytime soon, however when and if I do - Castle is going to be my first and only call. This is an exceptional organization from top to bottom. Their excellent Google rating and comments from satisfied customers speak for themselves. Do yourself a favor, go with Castle.
TL;DR Thorough and speedy work, outsourced communications suck. I needed some repair to my siding. Out of the 3 companies I called, Castle's pricing was in between and they were open to negotiations????. I had to follow-up with Samantha the office agent to get my estimate... After that, any communication was done through some crummy outsourced call-center which only collected my information and told me another person would contact me back because THEY DON'T KNOW ANYTHING!! ???????????????? The roofer came by 2 hours late, but did a good job on the house! ???? It took him 4 hours to replace the siding, add flashing, and add storm shield. Person had to run to get paint after I told him I didn't have any... If I'm spending a couple of hundreds I'm expecting you to bring all the material. ???? Overall not the perfect experience but good enough compared to what's out there. Most important thing is that they're insured. BTW they only take payment through bank transfers... No credit card. Bummer, I want my points. ????
Castle Roofing has done two jobs for us and both times they were incredibly responsive when we were getting the estimate. They came out quickly, gave a reasonable estimate, and did a great job both times. The roofers were very nice guys and really respectful, which was nice as a woman. Sometimes contractors don't treat you very well if you are female. I felt completely comfortable with them on the property. And, they left our patio even cleaner than when they got there! Really good job cleaning up both times. Very efficient. Every single person that I interacted with was professional and nice.
Castle Roofing has provided me superior craftsmanship and excellent customer service! Samantha, the Project Coordinator is articulate, polite, tactful, and service driven. I could not have chosen a better person to spearhead the entire process! I’m also impressed with the way she monitored & tracked the shipment of materials. She has GREAT leadership skills! Joaquin, the Project Manager also did a great job planning, delegating & executing the restoration of my roof. All the roofing professionals are undoubtedly Top Notch. I’m very satisfied with the entire team’s performance and professionalism and definitely recommend them as trustworthy contractors who will do an excellent job in taking care of all your roofing needs!
