Started out well, had a very nice inspector/project manager Thomas (no connection despite the great name) who came out and did the quote. He was exceptional and attentive throughout the process. The roof was done quickly and without any issue. The gutters were a little less simple, when I initially got the quote, I was told the gutter guards we included, however following the installation of the gutters, I was told that gutter guards were not part of the quote; after a chat with the very responsive owner the matter was address and they sent the gutter folks out the same day to install the guards. The initial gutter install was also less than ideal where they left trash and debris including a 30ft section of gutter sitting on my yard. I later found out this was a subcontractor, and my project manager Thomas came out the very next morning and cleaned up the site. If it hadn’t been for the issues with the gutters they would be an easy 5 star experience. If you go with Colony ask for Thomas to go the inspection and quote!
Identified hail damage and helped to get us a new roof with zero out of pocket expense. The work crew was amazing, replaced the roof in a single day. Everyone was very knowledgeable. No surprises. Also helped to get us the maximum amount due to us from our insurance. They made the entire process as stress-free as possible. Highly recommended!
Colony has great customer service. I wanted an inspection and maintenance recommendation for my aging roof. The inspection was thorough and they were careful in explaining what they found and answering my many questions and showing me a number of drone photos to support their maintenance recommendations. I had them repair a number of damaged shingles and repair or replace worn boots at the vents. I feel safe knowing I have a partner who can keep my roof maintained for a couple more years til I replace it and those extra years saves me money. Great follow up from the owner of the company too
Very impressed with their professionalism and responsiveness to our needs. We found a roof leak that required replacement of some of the wood. They got an estimator out right away, scoped the work, explained the reasoning, issued the estimate same day, and when I accepted and paid the up-front costs, they scheduled me for immediate work. They even threw in a gutter cleaning service at a great price. I'm happy to know they're out there and do such good work.
We had large tree limbs fall on our roof piercing part of the roof and into the house ceiling 10:30 at night. After talking to our insurance broker, I started on repair calls. Colony Roofers was the first company I called. Jennifer in the office was extremely helpful and lined us up for Giovanni Nunez to come out the same day and check out the damage and cover the holes in the roof with a temporary tarp. Giovanni took pictures and showed us all the damage. He provided a detailed estimate quickly. His quote was in line with our insurance inspector. He did not try to up-sell or overcharge the insurance company, The work was completed within two weeks of the damage. Our 22 year old roof was brought up to current code. Giovanni was also on site when the work was being done and the day after. All the workers were very good and cleaned up the yard after their work. I also spoke to Travis in operations when I had questions and he was quick to answer and helpful. I give high praise and top references to Colony Roofers!
