I was rear ended horribly and after calling several body shops, City Auto Body was able to get me in the quickest. They were efficient and Jeff in particular was very communicative on where they were at during the entire process while remaining honest on the timeframe (lots of shops having supply issues these days). My car looks beautiful! I could not be happier with the repairs and will definitely be back (for minor work - hopefully no more accidents) to work with Jeff. He was very helpful and patient and went above and beyond to assure all aspects of my vehicle were taken care of, even those the insurance company tried to ignore.

I 100% recommend going here! I got in a pretty nasty car accident and I was very shaken up because I didn't have any family in atlanta with me. Jeff took my car in and calmed me down assuring it would be all ok. Throughout the process of my car getting repaired, we would call almost daily and he would be very honest with me about what was going on and what the time frame looks like. My car looks absolutely brand new and Jeff did way more than he needed to to make sure that it was running ok. When I picked up my car (honda crv) and started driving for about 15 minutes, every single warning sign went off saying practically everything was wrong so I reached out to Jeff to see what was up and he called the dealership, found out the car just needed to be driven for 20-30 miles to recalibrate all the sensors, and came into the shop ON HIS DAY OFF to drive to car for me because he didn't want me driving it until everything was guaranteed to be ok. This shop is made up of the kindest people and I definitely recommend.
