I am the owner of a 6-speed manual transmission 2008 Saab 9-3. I knew my clutch was going out needed to get it replaced fast. Unfortunately, my go to Saab spot recently closed down and the next closest was in Woodstock. No other shop I contacted worked on Saabs. I happened by Rocco's while riding home from work and on a whim, gave them a call. I will never take my Saab anywhere else. Shiloh was polite, accommodating and got me a quick appointment. Once they had my car, the quote was quick (and reasonable...they gave me just about the same quote I got from the Saab guys in Woodstock) and the repair was quicker. Very polite. Very professional. Very good work. Got a few more things I want to do with my Saab so Rocco's will be seeing me again very soon. Keep up the good work!
Had my turbo replaced and front brakes. They were fast as hell and competitively priced. Their shop was extremely clean and organized. I’m not mechanically inclined but I think they did an excellent job. I had everything done within 48 hours of dropping it off. I will continue to give them my business.
Rocco’s European Garage is an excellent shop with a truly exceptional staff! The customer service is top notch and they provided superior service on my Mercedes-Benz! I’m so glad I took a chance on them! They are a great alternative to going to the dealership! I will def go to them for future service with my vehicle!
I recently took my Porsche in for the 60k service and oil change. I can't say enough about the staff and customer service and follow up afterwards! The ladies at the front desk were very nice and personable! Also, they didn't mention it, but I'm certain my car was cleaner when I picked it than when it was dropped off! I will definitely keep taking my car back to Roccos! The auto repair industry needs more businesses like Roccos.
