Great quality experience. They look at everything when doing any inspections. Even finding stuff you didn’t mention. Overall it’s worth the cost for me and they use genuine parts, super fast install times, and detailed. Best part. Their not afraid to give you recommendations even if it doesn’t benefit them. Recently, I needed Series A service for my car. Several months prior my car door was repaired by Solo and was very pleased with the results; as well, I found them to be very dependable, trustworthy/honest and genuine By phone, I explained to the Associate my needs. Not long after, he called back with a very reasonable quote. Only out of curiosity, but already knowing the answer, I called to get a quote from an auto service I have used for years, but have always suspected them of price gouging. Sure enough, for Series A they charged $300 over Solo; plus, I would have to pay an additional fee to get some services that Solo Motors had included in their quote. During this visit, Raul was my designated Associate. He walked with me through the entire process, and informed me early on of car leakage and wiring issues. Solo went beyond to assure that my car was in top shape. Raul kept me informed regarding the timeline, patiently explaining to me - without pressure - the findings, recommendations and additional cost.. Many thanks to Raul and the mechanics. Solo Motors is definitely the" Go-To" for auto care.
Great new place located on Northside Dr. Very busy, highly recommend appointment. I think now they may need a bigger place, same area. Love the decor. If they quote you a price then that's the price you'll pay, absolutely no bait and switch. I went in for one thing and they told me about other possible issues that were concerning, explained them to me in detail and gave me written estimates on them. This is what I liked the most; they showed me which one was the most important and needed attention first to the last. Sorry I can't remember his name but he was absolutely professional and knew his business. I know that because I was a Manager with Express Oil Change full service automotive shop for several years. Thanks guys for taking good care of my Mercedes Benz E350. I will be returning. Thanks guy's. Also just a little thing, hire someone to work the counter and only the counter, maybe two people, that way, it will keep the Technicians doing what they love to do. Have them answer phones, call for parts, talk to customer's and explain the work, cash customer's out, and give approved estimates.
Took my BMW 428i in for repairs. Great customer service from start to finish. Raul was very helpful in explaining what the repairs were and their cost. I highly recommend this repair shop. A+
My experience here was AMAZING!! Alec helped me tremendously and I’m really thankful. I went to get an oil change and diagnostic for my fuel pump. My fuel pump on my 328i went bad and they offered quick and fast service at a reasonable price and didn’t try to hassle me to get other things fixed (even though we both knew I still do) lol yet they also made me aware of other things to service eventually, which I appreciated. I appreciate all your help and so happy my car is back on the road ❤️ OH AND IT ONLY TOOK A FEW HOURS TO FIX MY FUEL PUMP AND CATALYST! I was so happy I didn’t have to go days without my car. So thankful for the fast and friendly service, keep it up guys ????????
